Description
Local rankings depend heavily on an accurate, complete Business Profile and consistent business details across the web. This two-tab sheet covers both.
Use case
Use it for any business that serves customers in a specific area: trades, clinics, restaurants, salons and stores.
Instructions
- Confirm the exact business name, address and phone (NAP) with the client first.
- Work through the profile checks and note what is missing or wrong.
- Search each directory for the business and record what it lists.
- Mark any listing that does not match the confirmed NAP exactly.
- Prioritize fixes on the profile and the biggest directories first.
