  1. Enter one heading per line, starting with its level, for example "H1: Emergency Plumbing in Phoenix". You can also paste HTML headings.
  2. Review the outline and the problems found.
  3. Fix the structure and check again until it is clean, then save it.

  • Each page should have exactly one H1 that describes its main topic.
  • Headings should not skip levels on the way down (an H2 followed directly by an H4). Screen reader users navigate by headings, so a logical outline also improves accessibility.
  • Choose heading levels for structure, never for font size. Styling belongs in CSS.
