Description

Seeing the current and proposed versions next to each other makes on-page work easy to review and approve. Character guidance is built into the column names.

Use case

Use it when optimizing existing pages, launching new ones, or proposing changes for client approval.

Instructions

  1. Add one row per page and confirm its single target keyword.
  2. Copy the current title and meta description exactly as they appear in the page source.
  3. Write new versions that lead with the keyword and fit the length guides.
  4. Check there is exactly one H1 and that it matches the page topic.
  5. List internal links to add and any images missing alt text.
