Keep a local client’s Business Profile accurate, active and complete with a short monthly routine.
Objective
Keep the profile accurate and active so the business stays visible in the local pack and on Maps.
When to use
- Monthly for every local client.
- Whenever hours, services or contact details change.
Prerequisites
- Manager access to the client’s Business Profile.
- Recent photos and any offers from the client.
- The Local SEO Audit Template for reference.
Steps

Check core details
Name, address, phone, website, hours and holiday hours.

Review categories and services
Make sure the primary category is still the best fit and services are complete.

Add photos
Upload recent, real photos of work, team or premises.

Publish a post
Share an update, offer or event.

Answer questions
Reply to new questions and add useful FAQs.

Respond to reviews
Thank positive reviewers and reply calmly to negative ones; agree difficult replies with the client.

Note insights
Record calls, website clicks and direction requests for the report.
