Content Calendar Template
Plan, assign and track content from idea to published post, with target keywords and funnel stage on every row.
Description
A content calendar keeps publishing consistent and makes it obvious who owns each piece. Linking each row to its keyword and brief stops two posts from targeting the same search.
Use case
Use it for monthly or quarterly content planning, and as the shared status board between you, writers and the client.
Instructions
- Add ideas from your keyword map; one keyword per row.
- Set a realistic publish date, working back from review and approval time.
- Tag the funnel stage so the mix covers awareness, consideration and decision.
- Update status every week and link the brief and draft in the row.
- After publishing, add the live URL and a date to review performance.
