Description
Outreach is a numbers game only if you track it. This tracker records why each site is a good fit, what you pitched and what happened.
Use case
Use it for guest post outreach, resource page link requests, unlinked brand mentions and digital PR follow-ups.
Instructions
- Only add prospects that are relevant to the client’s topic and audience.
- Write the outreach angle before you write the email: why would they care?
- Set a follow-up date when you send the first email; follow up once, politely.
- Record the live link URL and anchor text when a link is placed.
- Never buy links or offer payment for links; note sponsored placements separately.
